Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Peru in 2011. Traveling and learning in many parts of the world how Brazil, Mexico, Japan, brings with him more than 10 years of experience in gastronomy. He worked at the Casa de Francia restaurant Le Cordon Bleu Mexico and now bears the great responsibility of our kitchen Wallqa Restaurant.
In 2013, he arrived in Peru from Colombia. Bringing more than 8 years of experience in cooking and service. He studied gastronomy, bar and cocktails and graduated with honors in 2015, decided to devote himself to research on Peruvian culture and inputs. Today he is passionate more for our country and he takes it up in his cocktails.
At age 8 he began his passion for cooking helping his family in the small restaurant they have in Gamarra. Today after 15 years, professionally graduated at Le Cordon Bleu, this year the International Golden Spoon takes place thanks to her exceptional work.
