Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Peru in 2011. Traveling and learning in many parts of the world how Brazil, Mexico, Japan, brings with him more than 10 years of experience in gastronomy. He worked at the Casa de Francia restaurant Le Cordon Bleu Mexico and now bears the great responsibility of our kitchen Wallqa Restaurant.
In 2013, he arrived in Peru from Colombia. Bringing more than 8 years of experience in cooking and service. He studied gastronomy, bar and cocktails and graduated with honors in 2015, decided to devote himself to research on Peruvian culture and inputs. Today he is passionate more for our country and he takes it up in his cocktails.
