You will find it in that order because we are convinced that in Peruvian cuisine,
the recipes that become a tradition, first were a process of
innovation.

Mix ingredients that have never been mixed before, fill what has never been filled, cook sky,

purest state.

Innovation and tradition are not two separate worlds that must be united.

The Peruvian pastry shop has
in the heart, a fusion between culture, flavor and ingenuity.

Our desserts represent the living history of miscegenation. Spanish,
African, Chinese, Japanese, and Italian. Migrants arriving at the port of Callao,
with surprises that today leave us flavor to memory.

We are the mixture between sugarcane and chuño flour.
